Welcome to the Licking County Sheep Improvement Committee (LCSIC)
Our mission is to provide education, promotion, and awareness of the sheep industry within Licking County, Ohio. Working alongside local producers, 4-H and FFA members, and the Ohio State University Extension helps us to strengthen the future of our county's sheep industry. We strive to promote youth involvement, support education in breeding, nutrition, and flock management.

Join us on June 13, 2026 for the Licking County Sheep Producers LAMB LUAU at the Hartford Fairgrounds!! This exciting show welcomes 4-H age sheep and goat exhibitors from all states, for a full day of competition and fun. Check-in runs from 7:00-8:30AM with the beginning show starting at 8:30AM. Exhibitors can participate in showmanship, breeding classes, and market goats & lambs, judged by Evan Snyder. Entry fee is $20 per animal with no fee for showmanship, and ewe lambs may double-enter in the market show. Enjoy convenient show-off trailers, no papers required, and photography by Olivia Looker. Top competitors will compete for $250 payouts for Champion Lamb, Champion Goat, Supreme Ram, and Supreme Ewe. The event takes place at 14028 Fairgrounds Rd, Croton, OH 43013, with online registration and payment available on Showman.app. Don’t miss this fun, competitive summer livestock show!
